Arshad has  played a pivotal role in ConnectX’s journey from inception to growth and continues to assist the company in major strategic decisions.

Val Bagnall

Val has around thirty years experience as an Executive and Non Executive working in the UK real estate industry, in both the public and private sectors. He assisted the early growth of the Apex Group, and rejoined the Group in July 2022. Val advises ConnectX on client growth strategies and plays an integral role in design and delivery for the company’s learning and development program.
