Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining properties to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Management
- Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs promptly and professionally.
- Respond to guest issues and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
- Property Operations
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Manage inventories of supplies and restock as needed (e.g., toiletries, linens).
- Listing Management
- Create and optimize property listings on Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
- Update listing descriptions, photos, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
- Monitor and respond to reviews, ensuring a positive online reputation.
- Revenue Management
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Analyze booking trends and adjust pricing based on seasonality and market demand.
- Track performance metrics such as occupancy rate, ADR (average daily rate), and revenue per available night.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service (Airbnb experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms.
- Basic knowledge of revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with property maintenance and troubleshooting common household issues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively.
Preferred Skills
- 2-3 years Experience with Short-Let property management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
