Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced candidate to work on Project Management to undertake design development and delivery of our projects. The MTO program is to train the young and experienced resource in how to operate in the UK market so they can leverage their skills that they have and are acquiring in the local market, at a global level. The successful candidate will work closely with other team members and external consultants to ensure the delivery of exceptional design solutions that align with our brand vision. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to collaborate with our UK-based team from abroad however the successful candidate will need to have a very good understanding of UK Building Regulations and prior experience of working on development projects in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Prepare and update project reports, including Gantt charts, progress tracking, and cost tracking.
- Support senior project managers in the tracking and management of project timelines and budgets.
- Monitor and analyse project performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including risk management reports, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of project tasks.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to identify issues and proactively suggest corrective actions.
- Assist with the use of Power BI and other reporting tools to create dashboards and visual project metrics.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in the construction or architecture industry, with a strong focus on project management.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, PowerBI, and other related software.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining project schedules, cost tracking, and reports.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage a steep learning curve, adapting quickly to new processes and systems.
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to learn.
