Real Estate Analyst | Islamabad | Full-Time| Onsite| Competitive Salary

We are seeking a sharp and analytical Real Estate Analyst based in Islamabad to support one of our UK-based clients. This role involves identifying and evaluating freehold and airspace opportunities across the UK. You will support our acquisition strategy by conducting market research, due diligence, financial modeling, and preparing property reports—all from our Pakistan-based office, in collaboration with the UK team.

What will your role look like?

  • Support deal screening, location analysis, and market comparisons using UK-specific data sources.
  • Perform financial modeling, including yield analysis, feasibility studies, and forecasts of development returns such as IRR, GDV, and NPV. Collaborate closely with UK-based acquisition managers and surveyors on deal evaluations and documentation.
  • Support the creation of investment proposals and presentations, maintaining and updating real estate databases and records.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform investment decisions, collaborating with acquisition and development teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on UK residential and mixed-use properties to identify opportunities for airspace development and freehold acquisitions.
  • Prepare investment briefs, property summaries, and internal reports for acquisition committees. Keep accurate records in CRM tools and manage data room documents during due diligence.
  • Prepare and present concise investment reports, site assessments, and dashboards for review by the UK team.
  • Use UK property platforms such as Land Registry, Nimbus Maps, EG Radius, Rightmove, and Zoopla for data sourcing and property intelligence.
  • Coordinate with UK legal, planning, and design teams to ensure data integrity and thoroughness of due diligence.
  • Collaborate daily with UK-based team members in acquisitions, design, planning, and legal functions via virtual tools.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate analysis, property investment, or consultancy.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modelling; familiarity with Argus or similar software is an advantage.
  • Financial modelling proficiency (Excel-based DCFs and appraisals)
  • Familiarity with UK property market and platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, EG Radius, Land Registry, or Nimbus Maps.
  • Knowledge of UK property law relating to tenure (freehold/leasehold), lease structures, and block management
  • Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate risk
  • Excellent written and spoken English (for reporting and UK team collaboration).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks remotely.
  • Ability to work in UK hours or partial overlap with UK business hours.
